Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using "Just," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of the Service
"Just" is an app that helps teams work with AI inside Jira. It can process Jira issues, Confluence context, and your configured AI provider connections to generate structured multi-step results and actionable outputs.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use "Just" in accordance with these Terms, your Marketplace subscription, and our documentation.
4. User Responsibilities
Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Atlassian policies.
Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your Atlassian account and any credentials or API keys you connect to the app.
User Conduct: You agree not to use "Just" for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities, including transmitting malicious code or interfering with the service.
5. Use Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or rent "Just" or any part of it to third parties.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from "Just," except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems.
6. Third-Party Services
"Just" integrates with third-party AI providers and Atlassian services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services or how they process data once a request is sent to them.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in "Just," including software, branding, and related materials, belong to us or our licensors.
Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
8. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through "Just" except as required by law or with prior authorization.
9. Data Protection
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
Performance Warranty: We warrant that "Just" will perform materially as described in our documentation. If you report a confirmed issue within 30 days of discovering it, we will use reasonable efforts to address it.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Except as expressly stated, "Just" is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Liability Cap: Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you for "Just" during the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses, and damages arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Term and Termination
Term: These Terms remain in effect until terminated.
Termination by You: You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling "Just" and stopping all use of the app.
Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the app unlawfully.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your rights to use the app end immediately.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ukraine unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted in the app or on the website. Continued use of "Just" means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding "Just."
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.
